Even though we are several months away, GP Sports Cycling traditionally marks the end of the cycling season in November with the Horrible Hundred in Central Florida. This year we will be spending an entire week in Florida. The week will be filled with tons of fun activities, cycling, and relaxation. Our accommodations will be 4 STAR rated vacation homes. We opted for vacation homes instead of hotels because we truly want our cyclists to be at 100% ease. The week will culminate with the Horrible Hundred which will  have routes of 36, 74, & 104 miles, pick your poison well, just don't forget to have fun in the process. SAFETY IS PARAMOUNT: Be sure to stretch before and after each ride - especially before you go to bed after a long ride. By not stretching, tired muscles gets cold and achy and you will pay the price the next morning. A massage would also be a great idea. Be sure to maintain proper hydration thoughout your rides and take along nutritional bars as a means to replenish used energy. Don't forget to bring along a communication device and inform someone of your bike route.

Improve your cycling abilities with Team GP Sports Cycling & Fitness. Attend our Spring 3-day cycling camp covering various cycling fundamentals that will serve to transform you from the average cyclist.

 

There is  room for only 30 cyclists. The camp adheres to three level of cyclists; beginner, intermediate, and advance.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

The cost per person is $240 (pay via paypal now to register). Each registration is non refundable. Each registered person will recieve a team t-shirt and 25% discount on all team apparel.
