“What Is Your Highest Potential”? It’s a question that we all ponder at one point or another. At GP Sports, we consistently emphasize our athletes, cyclists, associates, and clients to seek their “Highest Potential” in all they do. This concept is base on the developmental improvement of each individual within their realm of fitness attainability at any given time.
Often, many athletes begin their respective campaign to run, cycle, and jump without the proper game plan of what is to be achieved over a certain period of time base on the effort imputed. Due to this fact, many athletes have no idea what is their “Highest Potential.” As a result, many athletes are left frustrated and disgusted with their regiments. In addition, improvements and progress cannot be accurately gauged which further leads to more pitfalls and lack of growth.
To further understand your “Highest Potential,” is to understand that you are your biggest opponent within your sport. You are constantly competing with yourself in an effort to improve at all times.
