Have you ever asked yourself the question? “Why some athletes are successful at their chosen event and go on to reach their Highest Potential, while others fail in their attempt?” In a surveys conducted with several Olympians, the principle difference between performing well and failing to succeed was found to be in their level of conviction, consciousness, and their faith in a higher power. This survey showed that these attributes were the qualities that made the difference in the athlete’s success or failure.  

 

Great athletes give credit to the system and guidance they received from experience mentors.  For 2009 let us make the change by committing to do what is in our best interest.  To do so, you must eliminate the activity that doesn’t support your goals and dreams.

 

The System Is The Solution

Every year at the start of a new athletic season, many athletes and coaches discard their old training system (program) and adopt a new approach.  Why do they do this?  This is done because the athlete/coach does not have full confidence in their system. Without a system that that has proven it self over a reasonable period of time; one that is based on Universal Laws and Principles, the system or program will not deliver the results expected. Moving from one system of training to the next each year is never the solution to reaching your Highest Potential.  A successful program must use both a process of evolution and revelation.

To adopt such a program you must choose a system that has a philosophy and training method with a high probability of giving you the results that you want to experience.  Once you find the right program you must be willing to take the right actions.  If you are not receiving the results that you expect, then you must make small adjustments based on these results. If the results are what you expect, then continue to take the action until you receive the results that you want.
