He also believes that this aspect in an athlete has long been under-developed and as a result, only a chosen few really trains their mental strength. The Right Supplement Plan

To be a successful athlete, three things must be in place; physical training, mental training, and an optimal supplement & nutritional plan. Think of an athlete as a Formula 1 race car. The mechanics and engineers will use all the latest technology for the car to race well. The driver will no doubt be ready to whip the race car around sharp turns. Lastly, for the car and driver to be race ready, they are going to need fuel in the tank.

 

What fuel is to a race car, is nutrition and supplementation for an athlete. Listen to Greg talk about having the proper supplement package as part of your training program. Also, understand why you will be at a disadvantage to the competition if you do not have a supplement plan.

Doing The Right Practice

Many athletes and coaches get caught up in the mis-guided ideology that training harder is better. In reality, doing the right practice that is meant for a specific athlete, with a specific body type, who is training for a particular event is the actual fact of the matter.

 

Many athletes have unfortunately cut their careers short or under-perform because they are totally mis-informed and go about business the wrong way. As a result, it pays tremendously to be affiliated with a system that incorporates all your strengths and weaknesses.
